A top priority was placed on intuitive operation during development. All features can be controlled either using the touchscreen display or with buttons and control knobs. The PCCM Plus systems for newer model variants can also be operated using the multifunctional steering wheel.
The PCCM and PCCM Plus systems integrate seamlessly into the dashboard. They are suitable for all standard production vehicles within the classic service scope with a 1‑DIN or 2‑DIN slot — excluding the Porsche 356 and Carrera GT.
Since 2026, the PCCM Plus has also been available for other Porsche models up to the 2016 model year: 911 (Type 997 II and Type 991 I) as well as Boxster/Cayman (Type 987 II and 981).
